Before working on the Keila housing project, our team focused on the area between Keila city center and the railway station. This area is sparsely populated with single-family homes, which is not typical for such a location. The population of Keila is growing every year, and our team’s proposal was to carry out infill development by adding a new pedestrian street in the middle of the current single-family home neighborhoods and surrounding it with mixed-use housing. Finally, we created a master plan showing what this area, as well as the city’s central square and downtown surroundings, could look like in the future
