As part of this project, I was hired to create renderings for a relatively standard row house development on the outskirts of Tallinn. In addition to the renderings, our task was to select finishing materials to elevate the otherwise ordinary design. In commercial architecture, where projects are often driven by market demands rather than unique concepts, a thoughtful and emotionally engaging visual presentation plays a crucial role in shaping perception and highlighting the potential of the space.
